Tromba Tequila Anejo is a premium tequila also produced in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. As mentioned earlier, Tromba was founded by master distiller Marco Cedano, who brings his expertise and passion for tequila to the brand.
Like Tromba Reposado, the Anejo is made from 100% blue Weber agave that has been matured for seven to eight years. After slow-roasting, fermentation, and distillation, Tromba Anejo is aged for a more extended period compared to the Reposado. It is aged for 20 to 24 months in American oak barrels, which gives it a darker hue and more pronounced flavors from the wood.
